(GTM) Intern → Full-Time GTM Lead

This position is being hired through WeFrameTech for Ehroo, an independent B2B marketing company incubated by WeFrameTech. As a GTM Intern, you'll work directly with Ehroo's leadership to build and scale outbound sales, content marketing, SEO, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies. You'll execute proven growth systems while gaining hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and startup operations. Based on your performance during the 4-month internship, you'll transition into a full-time GTM Lead role, taking ownership of growth initiatives, revenue channels, and future sales team development as Ehroo scales into a high-growth startup.

This position is being hired through WeFrameTech on behalf of Ehroo.

Before diving into the role, we'd like to provide some important context.

WeFrameTech continues to operate as a high-end engineering company, delivering technology solutions across multiple industries. Alongside this, WeFrameTech is funding and incubating Ehroo—an independent, full-service marketing company focused on helping B2B and SaaS businesses build predictable organic demand generation, scalable sales channels, and end-to-end marketing systems.

Although this opportunity is listed under WeFrameTech, your day-to-day responsibilities, projects, and long-term career growth will be entirely with Ehroo. You'll work closely with the Ehroo leadership team while benefiting from the experience, mentorship, and strategic guidance of leaders from WeFrameTech.

Ehroo is led by Drishti Kanoi and is currently a team of 5. Our vision is to grow to 20+ team members by the end of this year, making this an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and build something from the ground up.

This isn't a traditional internship. We're looking for someone who wants ownership, enjoys solving business problems, and is excited to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

Employment Details

Role: GTM Intern

Duration: 4-Month Internship

Full-Time Opportunity: GTM Lead (Based on Performance & Alignment)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Weekly Off: 2nd Saturday of Every Month

Role Overview

As a GTM Intern, you'll play a key role in building and scaling Ehroo's go-to-market engine. You'll gain hands-on experience across outbound sales, content marketing, demand generation, brand building, and GTM strategy while working directly with company leadership.

You'll be responsible for executing proven growth systems while continuously improving and scaling them as the company grows

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Intent Outbound & GTM Execution

You'll spend approximately 3 hours each day executing highly targeted outbound campaigns through Email and LinkedIn.

Initially, you'll:

Send 5–10 personalized outreach emails daily.

Learn and execute our proven outreach framework.

Research prospects and personalize messaging.

Maintain CRM and outreach records.

As you become proficient, you'll be expected to:

Scale outbound acquisition channels.

Improve messaging and campaign performance.

Experiment with new GTM strategies.

Increase qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Build repeatable outbound systems.

Training Period: 4–5 Day

2. Organic Growth & Content Marketing

Approximately 1 hour each day will be dedicated to building long-term inbound acquisition channels.

Responsibilities include:

Writing LinkedIn content.

Creating SEO-optimized blogs.

Publishing content consistently.

Supporting YouTube content initiatives.

Improving content visibility across Google and AI search platforms.

Expanding Ehroo's organic demand generation engine.

You'll gradually take ownership of this channel and be responsible for scaling its impact.

Training Period: Approximately 1 Week

3. GTM Strategy & Growth

For the remaining working hours, you'll work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, including:

GTM planning and execution.

Positioning and messaging.

Cold inbound systems.

Funnel optimization.

Market research.

Growth experiments.

Customer acquisition strategies.

Performance analysis and continuous improvement.

Your ideas and execution will directly contribute to Ehroo's growth.

Building Ehroo's Brand

One of the long-term goals of this role is to establish Ehroo as a trusted voice within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
