About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to build reliable APIs and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Optimize application performance and scalability.

Requirements

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
Experience with Python (Django/FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot) is a plus.
Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
Understanding of authentication using JWT and OAuth.
Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes.
Understanding of caching strategies.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
