Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Experience with Python (Django/FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Understanding of authentication using JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Understanding of caching strategies.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
